FAQs

Select “New Project” and enter all required information that is noted with a red asterisk (*).

The warranty system is designed to recognize select information based on what materials/assembly you are using. If a warranty or material option is not available based on the material/assembly selected, it will be grayed out and is not an option. If you have further questions about a warranty or material you hope to use and it is grayed out, please contact the Mule-Hide Warranty Department for assistance.

You can contact Mule-Hide by selecting “Contact Us” at the top of the Warranty Portal page or calling 800.786.1492.

There are two ways to check the status of your application(s):

  1. From the main landing page of the warranty portal, you will see all statuses. As your application(s) is processed, the numbers will change based on it.
  2. Select “All Projects” and find the application you seek. There you will see the status of your application(s).

To add a correction (i.e.: adding a contact, updating a material, etc.

  1. Select either “All Projects” or “Post Correction”.
  2. Open the application you seek.
  3. Select “New Post Correction/Comment” located in the upper right-hand corner of the site.
  4. Type all your corrections and select submit.

Once received, a technical representative will correct your application and a notification will be added to signal that the process was completed.

Contact Mule-Hide by selecting “Contact Us” at the top of the Warranty Portal page or calling 800.786.1492.

Once approved for warranty issuance, you can submit your payment via PayPal or check.

  1. Select “Awaiting Payment” and find the warranty you wish to pay for.
  2. Under “Link to Pay” you will see the total amount due highlighted.
  3. Select that amount and you will be directed to PayPal.
  4. Enter your credit card information, or mail a check to Mule-Hide.

TBD, make a comment that the inspection timeframe is based on the inspectors schedule/availability.

To submit photos:

  1. Select “Awaiting Inspection Repairs” and open the application.
  2. Under the “Activity” tab, select the activity id to open the file.
  3. Locate “File” on the right side of the page and select “Add Files.”
  4. Upload all appropriate photos.
  5. Add the “Repair Completion Date” in the application by selecting the pencil.
  6. Save and submit.

To find the inspection report:

  1. Select “All Projects” and open the application you seek.
  2. Select the “Activities” tab.
  3. Select the link located under “Activity Id.”
  4. Once opened, select “Related.”
  5. Scroll down to “Files” to find your inspection report pdf.

Once everything is completed, the warranty will be emailed to the email address on file for your project.
